Organic honey produced at our farm in Poland. Rapeseed honey is a type of honey made from the nectar of rapeseed (also known as canola or oilseed rape) flowers. These bright yellow fields, common in many parts of the world, provide a rich source of nectar that bees eagerly collect.
Please note: Honey's natural state is to crystallize over time, a process that can take anywhere from a few days to a year, depending on the type of honey. To restore it to its liquid state, gently warm it to around 40°C (104°F). However, to prevent it from crystallizing again and to maintain its quality, you must store it in a cool, dark place, keeping it away from direct sunlight and at temperatures below 18°C (64°F).
